Washington DC--Part One (by N. Geck)

The one trip you should take in your life living experience is Washington DC. There’s so much to do, and the history you can see when you’re walking around town. The greatest thing I did was taking a tour and bowling in the White House. Only people who work there can take their family on the tours and special workers can take them bowling. You think the white house is big on its outside? Well, inside it’s tight; the halls aren’t wide enough so you feel like you’re crammed up next to the wall when someone walks by you. In one room at the beginning where we start the tour, there are pictures of Obama that they have taken of him recently. They change the pictures every one to two weeks all of these pictures are new when they’re hung.

What places have you gone to as a vacation?

     Ms. Jackie has gone to Abu Dhabi, Thailand, Cambodia, South Korea, Hong Kong, Bolivia, Peru, Dominican republic, Costa Rica, and Egypt for vacation and also by traveling.

Where else would you like to go? 

     Ms. Jackie would also like to go to Italy, Judean, Africa, China, Vietnam, Hawaii, Bahamas, Greece, Israel, Brazil, Pandora, and also Australia.

  Some experiences have you gone through wile you were traveling?

When arriving in Egypt Ms. Jackie felt different, and it’s a culture with buildings and clothes that are different to other countries she had been.  She liked how they spoke their language, and it was hard understanding it and saying it while trying to learn some words. Ms. Jackie was interested in this wonderful culture.

This page talks about different information about Spain. It’s also good to read about Spain because it make you visualize you being there in nice sunny weather at the beach in Spain with lot of different people. You also get to experience something new and beautiful and you get to know how it is in there and how they have different lifestyle than we live in and also you can see if it’s some place you want to go and travel. In this website you also get to know such things as safety and security, local law and customs, health, natural disasters, etc... For example, for  local law customs it’s illegal to smoke in different places such as indoor public places, bars, restaurants, airports etc,; it is also illegal to some in such places like in schools hospitals and even in children’s play parks. When I saw this website, it made me think how our countries are so different from each other and it’s just so interesting to learn about them. As you can see in this page there are different pictures of Spain and how it looks. When I looked at the pictures it made me want to go to Spain and that’s my plan to travel and experience it in Spain.
